Frequently asked questions
Does The Polygon Gallery allow outside catering like Sula?
Yes. The Gallery welcomes outside caterers once we are pre-approved after a quick site visit, and Sula works from its custom catering kitchen. A $1500 outside catering fee applies for caterers off their preferred list, and we fold that into your quote so there are no surprises. The Gallery runs the bar in house under its own licence.
How many guests can Sula serve at The Polygon Gallery?
The Gallery seats up to 180 for a dinner, holds 200 theatre style, and takes 275 on one floor or up to 600 across both floors for a standing reception. We build the menu to match whichever layout you choose.
Can Sula provide a halal menu at The Polygon Gallery?
Yes. Our default is halal, halal chicken and lamb, no beef and no pork ever. Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, and gluten-free options are built into every tier.
How much is catering at The Polygon Gallery?
Our per-guest tiers start at $23.95 and run to $31.95, plus full custom builds. The Gallery sets the room fee and the outside catering fee directly, and we fold it into one Sula quote so you see your full event cost in one number.
How do guests get to the waterfront location?
The Gallery sits in the Shipyards District a short stroll from the SeaBus terminal, right on the Spirit Trail seawall, with wheelchair accessible parking under Lonsdale Quay Market nearby. It is an easy, scenic hop from downtown across the harbour.
