Sula has catered at Aberthau Mansion in West Point Grey, Vancouver. A Tudor-style heritage mansion in leafy West Point Grey, with an Oak Room, a panelled lounge, a baby grand piano, and a garden for ceremonies. It does not run its own kitchen catering, so the food is yours to choose, which makes it a favourite for intimate, characterful celebrations. We have plated weddings and milestone celebrations inside it.
Our menu travels with us. Halal chicken and lamb, no beef and no pork, tier service from $23.95 per guest, live tandoor and dosa stations, full vegetarian, vegan, and Jain options. We coordinate with Aberthau Mansion and your timeline, and bring everything to plate the room in our colours.

Yes. Aberthau does not offer in-house catering, so outside caterers like Sula are welcome. The kitchen is set up for warming and plating, with food prepared in advance, and we plan our service to suit.

The main floor seats up to 90 for a sit-down dinner and holds up to 120 for a cocktail or buffet reception. Food and drink are served in the Oak Room, Lounge, Dining Room, and Foyer.

The garden is a beautiful ceremony and photo setting, though the venue keeps food and drink out of the garden and library, so we set up the dining in the Oak Room, Lounge, Dining Room, and Foyer instead. Because the mansion sits on a residential street, functions wrap by 11pm Saturdays and 10pm Sundays, and we plan service timing around that.
